developing a nervous twitch.

"Historical Fact: People stopped being human in 1913."
-p. 95 Middlesex, Jeffrey Eugenides

see that kids, there's nothing more to worry about. we're just one big assembly line. you're just worrying over something that already went wrong. this whole thing.

I would like to protest that date as being way to recent.... When were humans ever human? as i see it the concept of humanity is only the hegemonic narrative to be aspired that was instituted by those who felt specific ends were to be deemed 'human' as if to present the 'species' (in its diversity and heteroglossia) as one monolithic totem pole.... more human than human...thats our motto. people were never human, they only aspired to be so though their self doubt and realizing the wrechedness of their lived experiences, aspiring for more...clones make people iffy because they are the alterity/same, all at once... they make people feel as if their worth is now degraded due to the homonculous created in a laboritory....as if they could be done away with, and their vanity smashed....oh well.
