take something you own, anything, the more complicated the better. now take it apart. now try to put it back together. i feel that's what we're doing to the world. i feel like that's what i'm doing to my life.

cut down trees and plant new ones. certain people just get olde and stay bored:

too critical / self-aware / disillusioned / apathetic / tired / nervous and scared / jaded / disappointed.

as we get older, our vocabularies change and we begin to learn words that sum up feelings better than just happy / sad / mad.
